Skyline Realty's Community Aid Project
Skyline Realty is proud to be one of the few Greater Boston Area's real estate companies to have committed itself to a unique community aid project that is focused on driving charitable funds to trusted non-profit organizations which serve our local neighborhoods. Since its creation in 2003, Skyline Realty has contributed to many non-profit organizations, including Rosie’s Place, Casa Myrna Vazques, Mass Equality, and AIDS Action Committee.
How the Program Works:
- A client is referred to Skyline Realty from one of our designated organizations to purchase or sell real estate,
- The client identifies which organization has referred them to Skyline Realty and works with one of our agents to finalize a real estate sale transaction,
- Upon closing, Skyline Realty will donate back a percentage to the referring organization, and rebate the client the same amount depending on the sale price. The amount is based on approximately 5% of our net revenues upon satisfactory completion or sale.
