Skyline Realty is proud to be one of the few real estate agencies in the Greater Boston Area to have launched the Community Aid Project® (CAP) focused on driving more charitable funds and support to local non-profit organizations which directly serve or impact local communities. Skyline Realty is looking to partner with high-profile community service organizations in order to deliver a higher level of service to our mutual and prospective client base.
Skyline Realty is committed to contributing up to $500 from each transaction directly to the client's organization of choice. This program is in addition to our already established rebate program where the buyer receives $500 directly from us in the form of a rebate upon completion of the transaction as a "Thank You" for working with us. This is truly a win-win situation; your organization receives a donation and the person you refer receives a rebate!
How the Program Works
- A client is referred to Skyline Realty from one of our designated organization's staff or CAP program promotion materials to purchase or sell real estate.
- The client identifies which organization has sent them to Skyline and works with any agent to close his or her real estate transaction.
- Upon completion of the transaction, Skyline Realty will donate $500 from the proceeds back to the referring organization with a special mention of the client's name, and also rebate the buyer a cash back amount of the same amount at
How to Get Started?
Simply identify a liaison within your organization that will help facilitate the promotion of this program. The role of the liaison will require less than a one hour of your time on the initial meeting and then the periodic updates for promotional material distribution.
