  • Research and analyze active, pending, and sold listings using the Multiple Listing Service (MLSPIN®)
  • Research and analyze data from LINKNET®
  • Assess the cost of any improvements and remodeling
  • Complete a detailed property valuation report for you


2. Preparing the Property

Your agent will schedule a free consultation of your property and provide:

  • An explanation of the entire sales process for selling real estate
  • Recommendations on preparing your property for sale
  • An expert consultation on selling a home
  • Effective marketing plans tailored to your specific property


3. Listing the Property

To simplify the complex process of organizing your listing, your agent will:

  • Prepare all listing documents for your approval
  • Prepare forms and questionnaires for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  • Review public records and property data
  • Take interior and exterior measurements
  • Organize a marketing and advertising campaign
  • Take digital photos of the property

6. Closing

  • Ensure that all contingencies have been met

  • Arrange delivery of seller’s closing documentation and proceeds
  • Coordinate key transfer and troubleshoot any post-closing complications
