Being experienced in the Boston area and having an in depth understanding of the local markets enables me to work with sellers to establish an asking price that is realistic and obtainable. I prepare an in-depth market analysis for each property, carefully examining the comparables that have sold recently and relating all of the major characteristics to the client's property. In this manner, I can arrive at a price that is substantiated by the market and is agreeable to the seller.

I specialize in helping first-time buyers. I understand that buying a home for the first time can be both an exciting and fearful process. My job is to provide the buyer with all of the information and guidance that he or she needs to be able to make an informed buying decision. In this way we keep the excitement and lose the fear!
