As a native Bostonian, I have developed a multi-cultural understanding and appreciation for our city. I have lived in many of the lively neighborhoods that this city has to offer, including Back Bay, Belmont, Cambridge, Downtown Boston, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale and the South End. Additionally, I have lived in several countries in Europe. For my education I went to Emerson College and majored in radio broadcasting with a minor in Psychology. I began my real estate career working in property management.

During the time I worked in property management, people found me to be very honest, personable, service and detail oriented, organized and thorough. After my experience in the field, I discovered that brokerage would be my next natural career move. Qualifications:

• Assisted in the management of luxury, residential property, including supervision & scheduling of maintenance technicians and outside contractors.
• Maintain resident relations. Provide customer service and troubleshoot resident and property issues.
• Responsible for marketing to brokers and prospects. Update advertising including internet ads, apartment magazines and broker emails and faxes. Competitive market analyses report on market rents, concessions and amenities.
• Responsible for leasing units. Touring properties to brokers and prospects. Using various sales techniques to obtain leases. Accomplished 100% occupancy within first four months of employment.
• Office management and administrative tasks: lease preparation and application approval.
